I decided to give myself a cooling off period after assembly as it took me an hour to get the seat in its tube. And for the record the seat both collapsed as to height and angle. But other than that this machine is incredible. Smooth and fast and my dog loves it. I bought some nice goggles for my dog and she loves them. This thing goes forever and the motor has a quality feel.

My bulldog loves it. And it has more power than expected and the battery lasts longer than expected also, though we cruise pretty slow most the time. Goes up pretty steep hills even though they said it wouldn’t. We love it! Cruised around the Grand Canyon trail with ease.

I ordered not sure my dogs would like the ride, THEY love it, in fact my granddaughter loves it even more, smooth ride, it looks like I am going to have to order a second one. Maybe after I order the second one I will have pictures with my dogs wearing goggles in their helmets.

I have had it out once since I recieved it, Im a professional clown and road it in a parade. There were some hills and it did great! It appeared it didn't even use down one bar on the battery, all bars were still lit. Very pleased about that, providing it wasn't a false read.

I just got this,9/19/25 and it rides great. Only thing is the lights don't work! I need lights for where I live and the roads I'll be on. Now I'm going to have to mail the whole thing back!? How do I get it to the Post Office? I'm not driving, that's why I bought a scooter! Hehe, it does run excellent though.

I am 70 years old and I wanted something to get around when we are camping, fishing etc. My first time on the scooter felt comfortable and I was very happy with the speed. I havent tried it yet on off road surfaces but will be doing that soon. Now my husband wants one!

The door latch could be stronger. It opens on me a lot without warning while riding. Your leg is there to keep it shut. But it.l alarms you while riding.

I have a 30lb goldendoodle and he fit perfectly! Ive had so much fun riding this around. It's easy to set and long lasting.
We are seasonal campers in Maine and we are not allowed golf carts so we decided to give them gem and try. We really like the bigger wheels for the rougher camp roads and it works like a charm. We are throughly enjoying it. Would highly recommend!!

It's been great, but wish you would show replacement parts such as brake pads and what kind I need because I only have 44 miles on it and the rear are squeaking already.
I was a little hesitant about buying these online, sight unseen but they are everything they're advertised to be. Very sturdy and very capable. Whomever wrote the instructions has no concept of the English language but they were mostly assembled and the rest was common sense. We'll see how long they hold up but so far I'm loving these. Dave
