While we eventually got our Gyroor C1Plus scooters (two of them), we were very disappointed with the shipping (FedEx). The scooters are great, by the way. FedEx's tracking showed the scooters arriving in Bloomington, CA and there they sat (or at least the shipping details weren't updated, for 5 days). On the 6th day, they appeared on tracking in Ohio, much closer to our home in Michigan. Then, they were eventually delivered 2 days later. I had contacted Gyroor and they seemed to be willing to follow-up. I had a VERY DIFFICULT time getting any help from FedEx. I finally got to talk to a person and he opened a claim. However, shortly thereafter, the tracking updated and they were delivered. So, I'm not sure if Gyroor Customer Service or FedEx Customer Service had anything to do with the scooters appearing and eventually being delivered. Or maybe it was the claims that I electronically filed with FedEx. We were happy that we had purchased the Shipping Protection, but we did not get them involved (or at least from our perspective, they weren't involved). We were VERY frustrated with FedEx, as we felt they could have done a MUCH better job with this shipment. The two delivery employees from FedEx (a man and a woman) were friendly and polite. The ordering process was very good. When I had to get Gyroor Customer Service involved when our shipment of two C1Plus scooters was "lost", the gentleman seemed helpful and opened a claim. I'm not sure what, if anything, Gyroor did to get the scooters to appear again on FedEx tracking. But, if they did help, we are greatful. We do love the scooters and they should work well for us when we take them in our motorhome. A long review, but this documents our experience. Our issue was really with FedEx, not Gyroor. So we are rating Gyroor with 5 stars.

We just love love love our bike and basket for our pup. She loves it. She didn't want to get out. We are going to take it on our next camping trip. All our friends who have seen it, tried it and loved it. It is perfect! We bought a bike trailer in the back but it sits low and I didn't like our dog behind us where we couldn't see her. I didn't feel comfortable or that it was that safe when riding on a street where there were many cars. I was afraid she could easily get hit. I could not be happier with our bike and my pup loves it too, not to mention my boys who love our bike just to ride with or without our pup!

We got them to run errands around our neighborhood like going to the supermarket picking up takeout even quick runs to Home Depot, the cargo baskets come in very handy and we've loaded them up pretty good without seeing any performance decline. And we were not hauling stuff around with them. We're getting the mail and picking up packages as well as just having fun riding them all over the place. Would highly recommend..
