I’m very happy to have purchased this great tricycle. The price seems fair. It’s just perfect for my needs. I live close to my center and take a lot of classes, Pickleball , swim , gym, and pick up mail. it’s nice not to have to drive plus it saves where and tear on my car. Walking isn’t always an option for me because I’m usually late so instead of hopping in my car, I hop on the trike to get to where I’m going. My 4 pound Pomeranian travels in it very comfortably. She really likes it. It’s not easy to put together. My son put it together in an hour and a half. I do have a problem with the right hand brake, doesn’t seem to work, but the left hand brake is really good. The mirrors are great to have and a must especially in my area. All and all, it’s a very enjoyable ride and look forward every day to using it.
I’ve had one other 3 wheel e scooter (not Gyroor) that I had to replace, so knew what to look for. The Gyroor is sturdy and comfortable and looks classy. My grandson assembled but, to be careful, took it to a bike store to adjust the brakes. I’m 80 with limited mobility. I had to remove the front basket because I couldnt easily lift my leg over it. The dog rides in the rear basket and loves it. She never jumps out. I live in Chicago. We drive all over the parks, the lakefront, stop to birdwatch and get ice cream. I can take it inside the museums as an ADA-like vehicle. Without the scooter I can’t do any of that. In this climate the scooter is good to use for about 6 months, which is what I used to do with my bicycle. The battery lasts a long time. I take the battery charger with me when I ride farther. The top speed 12 MPH is perfect especially now that Illinois passed a law that anything over 20 MPH has to be licensed. It’s easy to turn, easy to park. I bought a handlebar lock so I could meet friends for lunch and park outside. I wish more people had scooters. It would be fun to have a gang of octogenarians riding around the park.

Love my new scooter. 🛵 Have been looking at this scooter for a year. When they offered a discount and some freebies I had to give it a try. So far so good!
This trike is top of the line. We love that we can put our puppy on it and let the bigger dog run next to it without feeling unstable. It's powerful enough to go uphill without delay and I love that it has 2 baskets to carry all the items we need for the dogs.
I am 84 year old female. I am 5 foot 3, weigh 140 lbs. This takes me very comfortably to shop in local stores and also fits nicely as mobility aid within my senior living apartment complex. It is very hilly here, no problem. I can go slow or (so far) up to 12mph. It will go faster but need to slow down for cornering. Does not easily tip but my weight shifts too much if I go too fast. I like that I can go almost as far away as I would ever want. I ride it safely in the street and on sidewalks too. Easy to push while parking it or crossing busy roads. Must be locked if left outside but I use it inside stores to do my shopping…about same size as handicapped baskets provided by grocery stores. Not easily portable for transport but I do not have a car anyway.
I'm to large for this machine 5'8" 270 lbs, but my knees won't bend enough to place feet on pegs. Further more, there isn't much room from seat to handle bar. If your a large person, think twice.
I love the trike, going uphill Seems like a bit of a challenge and the battery has yet to come to full charge, but I love riding around in my trike. A lot of people think it is rare and it gets a lot of attention because it’s not like a regular bike. I ultimately I do love it. It came with mirrors and a bike lock and one of the mirrors broke. The package also came with the tools to put it together. Ultimately It was worth the wait, I waited a good four months after pre-ordering and I can definitely say the trike didn’t disappoint and it gets me to point A and point B.
The storage baskets definitely help going to grocery stores, going shopping, running errands and having picnics in the park.
It arrived on Monday and was just assembled this afternoon. Charging for the 1st time. It looks really good and sturdy.
4 stars because the seat is very uncomfortable.
It arrived well packaged, however the bell was/is broken off. Basic Assembly was not too difficult, but was awkward (Plan on some heavy fabric to turn it onto unless you want it scratched). However, once assembled, the instructions leave you high and dry. Mine had a serious lean, which made me feel like I was falling off while riding. I needed a shock adjustment badly. I hired someone with a little more experience/knowledge than I had. The shocks adjusted fine and he went to adjust the brakes...not good. I don't ride that fast, but the rear brakes are very tight and do not stop well at all. It will work, but I must be cautious. Also, no mention of locking the brakes so it doesn't roll when parked.
Also, The accessory turn signals came about 3 weeks after the trike after emails about customs.
I do like the trike and it works well mostly, but I wish there was a language barrier with who writes the narrative and instructions.
I really wanted to love this. But the wheelbase is too close together and I always feel like I'm tipping over when I turn. I am light, 115 lbs so maybe that has something to do with it. I don't feel safe riding it and not sure what to do now.

Package arrived damaged and upside down.
I’ve noticed some structural damage to the trike.
I am testing it out and the bike doesn’t feel stable. I need more time.
I did not receive the power cord and I have contacted the customer service department by email and have not received any response! I can not charge or use the scooter at all. All I need is the power cord.
Rear brakes are dragging. Despite adjustments it’s still a problem. The LCD screen has been working intermittently. The button have been unresponsive at times. I reached out by email and I have no response. No videos or instructions on better tuning the rear drum brakes.
I received my order on January 19th! It's winter time now and since I don't have a heated garage, I haven't been able to open the box and put the electric trike together. As soon as it warms up I plan on opening the box and putting it together.
It arrived with the front wheel fork bent. Box indicates it had been dropped in that area. Needs new front fork for the wheel to turn and the fender can be used
