Note: Please fully charge the product before using it for the first time. In addition, if you do not use the product for a long time, please charge the battery once a month.
What is Covered ?
Warranty is 6 months for battery, 1 year for others, Man-made damage and water ingress are not covered by the warranty.
This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser.
Gyroorboard will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new replacement parts. The original purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from the facility.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation or maintenance.
If you receive a board that is defective, returns are accepted within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are within your first 30 days, please reach out to our Customer Support Team via email at service@gyroorboard.com. And arrange sending back to us. We will replace the board with a new one within 5 days.
If the product was damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and return it to us. Then contact us immediately.

Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Gyroorboard be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages or liabilities (including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of product, or any other consequential or incidental loss) in connection with the purchase, use, or operation of the product. Gyroorboard is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or death.
- Precision Structure: the 5-digit resettable bicycle lock designed by German Locksmith craftsmanship is safer than the typical 4-digit code and avoids the problem of getting stuck. The lock can provide you with more than 100,000 combinations. The design of the password saves you the trouble of carrying the key. This lock is keyless, please compare carefully.
- Braided Steel & PVC Coating: Scooter cable lock is made of high strength braided steel wire, which can withstand 2.4KN tension and 7KN shear force, more strength and flexibility.
