Note: Please fully charge the product before using it for the first time. In addition, if you do not use the product for a long time, please charge the battery once a month.

What is Covered ?

6 Months for the battery and 1 year for all other parts, Man-made damage and water ingress are not covered by the warranty.

This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser.

Gyroorboard will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new replacement parts. The original purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from the facility.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation or maintenance.

If you receive a board that is defective, returns are accepted within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are within your first 30 days, please reach out to our Customer Support Team via email at service@gyroorboard.com. And arrange sending back to us. We will replace the board with a new one within 5 days.

If the product was damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and return it to us. Then contact us immediately.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Gyroorboard be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages or liabilities (including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of product, or any other consequential or incidental loss) in connection with the purchase, use, or operation of the product. Gyroorboard is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or death.

The G2 balancing scooter has been rigorously tested to meet applicable UL safety standards, delivering reliable performance and enhanced protection for your everyday rides. We are committed to upholding these high-quality benchmarks so you can ride with greater confidence.

To back this commitment, we maintain complete internal test reports and retained samples for every production batch. The following core safety metrics have been verified against UL requirements:

• Overcharge Protection – The intelligent BMS automatically cuts power once the battery reaches full charge, eliminating overcharging risks.
  
• Short‑Circuit Protection – The circuit design includes instantaneous interruption to disconnect current under abnormal conditions.
  
• Thermal Cutoff – Continuous temperature monitoring of the battery and motor triggers speed reduction and power shutoff if overheating is detected.
  
• Flammability Rating – The charging port and internal wiring are built with flame‑retardant materials that achieve a V‑0 rating – the highest level under UL standards.
