Note: Please fully charge the product before using it for the first time. In addition, if you do not use the product for a long time, please charge the battery once a month.
What is Covered ?
6 Months for the battery and 1 year for all other parts, Man-made damage and water ingress are not covered by the warranty.
This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser.
Gyroorboard will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new replacement parts. The original purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from the facility.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation or maintenance.
If you receive a board that is defective, returns are accepted within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are within your first 30 days, please reach out to our Customer Support Team via email at service@gyroorboard.com. And arrange sending back to us. We will replace the board with a new one within 5 days.
If the product was damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and return it to us. Then contact us immediately.

In no event shall Gyroorboard be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages or liabilities (including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of product, or any other consequential or incidental loss) in connection with the purchase, use, or operation of the product. Gyroorboard is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or death.

Sturdy, perfect for our rough neighborhood road and on/off road while camping. Our 11yo loved hers so of course her 8yo sister wanted her own as well. Expensive birthdays this year but money well spent.

We bought two and our 12 year old and her best friend have been riding them almost every day! They love them and the best part is they can ride them on our 0.25 dirt trail around our property.
My grandaughters loved these. Also the adult grandkids. They are on them everyday. I would definetly recommend for children or adults.

This thing hella DOPE! My son loves it, I also ride on it as well. I’m 6 foot 215 lbs I have just as much fun as him. I’m thinking of getting us all one. And the detachment and attachment of the seat , to the hover board is seamless.
