To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Note: Please fully charge the product before using it for the first time. In addition, if you do not use the product for a long time, please charge the battery once a month.
What is Covered ?
6 Months for the battery and 1 year for all other parts, Man-made damage and water ingress are not covered by the warranty.
This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser.
Gyroorboard will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new replacement parts. The original purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from the facility.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation or maintenance.
If you receive a board that is defective, returns are accepted within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are within your first 30 days, please reach out to our Customer Support Team via email at service@gyroorboard.com. And arrange sending back to us. We will replace the board with a new one within 5 days.
If the product was damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and return it to us. Then contact us immediately.

It's a decent electric scooter. It has 3 speed modes. I am using the lowest speed mode which goes up to a maximum of 9 mph. I use it to ride from my house to the barn. It is a sturdy scooter, and there was just a little assembly to it that took about 10 minutes.

Im loving it, its takes me now 20min to get to my office instead of 40+ on two buses. So far the tires are on good presure and everything works as expected. Mantainence is simple but important to observe on breaks or any other detail. My only low rate is the ring bell, it was very soft and it broke with a door, I just replaced it but its a minor replacement

Please HELP! I love this scooter and for a few weeks it felt like it saved my life. My foot was injured and I could not walk nor carry things up and down the dock here where I live on my boat. I ran into problems when my scooter went overboard. It is dry now but no longer works. Because I need a scooter in order to survive here, I bought another one: I prefer the first one, because it has two baskets. The second one is safer here, because it has less power. The good news is that neither myself nor my dog was on the scooter when it went overboard. No one was hurt. Plus a local came out with a heavy magnet and a winch to get the scooter out of the harbor. PLEASE HELP ME REPAIR my scooter or REPLACE parts : it means so much to me and my community.
