Note: Please fully charge the product before using it for the first time. In addition, if you do not use the product for a long time, please charge the battery once a month.
What is Covered ?
6 Months for the battery and 1 year for all other parts, Man-made damage and water ingress are not covered by the warranty.
This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser.
Gyroorboard will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new replacement parts. The original purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from the facility.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation or maintenance.
If you receive a board that is defective, returns are accepted within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are within your first 30 days, please reach out to our Customer Support Team via email at service@gyroorboard.com. And arrange sending back to us. We will replace the board with a new one within 5 days.
If the product was damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and return it to us. Then contact us immediately.

I bought the E-bike 263 blue and was worried because of scams. This bike came packed nice and tight all the tools to finish assembly. I'm 6'3 inches tall 320 pounds I'm a big guy. The only bad thing was the seat easy fix for 25.00 dollars. Got a big boy seat anyway charged the bike for three hours. Got on the bike and took off for an 8.4 mile drive used full electric for a couple of miles and the tried the peddle assist mode which was pleasing and fun good experience and exercise. Love this bike for the price can't beat it. I used one line of the battery pulled up at the house with more than half the battery still available. I did the whole trip in about 25 minutes and got up to 23 mph this bike is perfect for every day street rides. Up steep hills in peddle assist mode was a breeze I highly recommend this bike you can't go wrong good job gyroor . I'm going to get the back rack the bags and the phone holder and the back turn lights for night riding. Turn it into my hardly Davison lol
This bike came 85 percent assemble and was easy to finish assembling. It’s extremely accurate on the mph is true to speed and distance. It was able to be paid at a 1/4 to start and get the item shipped. Thank you so much gyroor for helping send me this bike
