Can I ride the product and then return it?
Change-of-mind returns and exchanges require an unused product with its original packaging and included items. If you experience a product fault, please contact support for help.
Are return shipping costs covered?
We cover shipping when the issue is our responsibility, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Customers cover shipping for change-of-mind returns and exchanges.

6 Months for the battery and 1 year for all other parts.
Note: Please fully charge the product before using it for the first time. In addition, if you do not use the product for a long time, please charge the battery once a month.
What is Covered ?
6 Months for the battery and 1 year for all other parts, Man-made damage and water ingress are not covered by the warranty.
This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser.
Gyroorboard will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new replacement parts. The original purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from the facility.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation or maintenance.
If you receive a board that is defective, returns are accepted within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are within your first 30 days, please reach out to our Customer Support Team via email at service@gyroorboard.com. And arrange sending back to us. We will replace the board with a new one within 5 days.
If the product was damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and return it to us. Then contact us immediately.

Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Gyroorboard be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages or liabilities (including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of product, or any other consequential or incidental loss) in connection with the purchase, use, or operation of the product. Gyroorboard is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or death.

I received the hoverboard and seat attachment promptly, with all items being packaged well and all parts for assembly being accounted for. It’s a great product and it’s so much fun I use it in my warehouse at work and everyone thinks it is a great idea I just struggle figuring out how to use the app because the g13 doesn’t seem to have an app connection

It is pretty awesome!! the only thing is is that the app did not update to they're newest products. I have two G13 hoverboards and when I try to connect the boards there is no g13 options. Kinda annoying. Can only use app for shopping GYROOR.

Awesome hoverboard for kids My 10 year old picked was riding like a pro within a few hours. I would say the size is best for 10 years know down. I would choose a bigger model for my older kids.
