Note: Please fully charge the product before using it for the first time. In addition, if you do not use the product for a long time, please charge the battery once a month.
What is Covered ?
6 Months for the battery and 1 year for all other parts, Man-made damage and water ingress are not covered by the warranty.
This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser.
Gyroorboard will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new replacement parts. The original purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from the facility.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation or maintenance.
If you receive a board that is defective, returns are accepted within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are within your first 30 days, please reach out to our Customer Support Team via email at service@gyroorboard.com. And arrange sending back to us. We will replace the board with a new one within 5 days.
If the product was damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and return it to us. Then contact us immediately.

Love the scooter. It's fast and handles dirt roads, and grass well. Only thing I didn't like, was the assembly instructions did not cover the front wheel installation
I have bought two of these for my daughter and friend and then now three more for other kids in the neighborhood that needed them. All of these scooters are great and the kids (teens) love them! They are sturdy, fast enough and go far in a charge! I’ve had the first two for about two years now.

This scooter is really really nice, it's a lot heavier than I expected which kind of sucks because I have to carry it off and on the Marc train (using it for work transportation) which may be a struggle when it comes to stairs, I am a little person. The locking mechanism to carry it folded up is not aligned with the hook on the mudguard which means I have to angle the handle a little bit to get it to go in there.... unless I put it together wrong I hope not! The only struggle was putting on the front tire, there is no direction so you're kind of figuring it out for yourself.

Got this for my 16 year old autistic son and he loves it…my other kids do as well. We don’t have much concrete to ride on so that’s the main reason I got the scooter with the bigger wheels. It rides great on the grass reaching about 16 mph. It is sturdy and well made with a battery that holds a long time. I would recommend it. It is more bulky than others but that’s what I wanted since my son is big and tall. Love love love it!

I bought this for my son. He tested it just before Christmas. He has only drove it a distance of about ten blocks, he plans to use it for getting around on the college campus. Although, during his test it pulled him a two block grade with no problem and coming back down was a little over 19 MPH. The scooter was easy to assemble with the tools they sent with it. I purchased this scooter for my son after purchasing a different brand and it stopped working after 10 months. The difference in quality is AMAZING!! This scooter is very sturdy. My son is 5'11 and 150lbs and is always using the basket to transport things he purchases or a backpack. The battery seems to last forever. The braking system is very precise. Overall, I'm very impressed. I purchased the extended warranty just incase, but I'm feeling certain this scooter won't give us any issues. I'm thinking about purchasing another for his twin sister. Oh, shipping was extremely quick, as well.
