Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your return label. Returns initiated after this period will be ineligible for refund.
If you have special circumstances preventing timely return, please contact us in advance. We may grant a one-time extension of up to 15 days upon approval.

Order Cancellation & Processing
Customers may request to cancel an order within 1 business day from the date of purchase.
If a cancellation request is submitted before the order has been shipped and within the 1-business-day cancellation period specified on our website, the order can be canceled and the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you wish to return a shipped order, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for applicable return conditions and procedures.
We typically process orders within 1 business day after the order is placed. Orders are normally prepared for shipment during this processing period.
Because orders may be processed and shipped quickly, customers who wish to cancel an order should contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible at service@gyroorboard.com.
Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. After the refund has been processed, please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the processing speed of your bank or payment platform.

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@gyroorboard.com .
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
If the return is due to customer preference (for example, the item is no longer wanted), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.(If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.)
If the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

1 YEAR WARRANTY
6 Months for the battery and 1 year for all other parts.
Note: Please fully charge the product before using it for the first time. In addition, if you do not use the product for a long time, please charge the battery once a month.
What is Covered ?
6 Months for the battery and 1 year for all other parts, Man-made damage and water ingress are not covered by the warranty.
This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser.
Gyroorboard will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new replacement parts. The original purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from the facility.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation or maintenance.
If you receive a board that is defective, returns are accepted within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are within your first 30 days, please reach out to our Customer Support Team via email at service@gyroorboard.com. And arrange sending back to us. We will replace the board with a new one within 5 days.
If the product was damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and return it to us. Then contact us immediately.

In no event shall Gyroorboard be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages or liabilities (including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of product, or any other consequential or incidental loss) in connection with the purchase, use, or operation of the product. Gyroorboard is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or death.

Received my scooter yesterday and it took about 20 min to assemble then a few hours to charge. 2 of my dogs love it. It’s not noisy and has a real smooth ride. My dogs won’t stay in a basket on my motor scooter or motorcycle but they are calm and relaxed on this one. I think because they can see ahead and feel my leg next to them they feel safe. It’s not super fast but it is really fun. I do wish you had more colors available and maybe more speed but it’s great for around the neighborhood. I also like the flashing tail light when braking. It’s a real nice safety feature. The seat is very cushy and with the springs on it makes for a really nice ride.
The pad is thick enough for my dogs comfort while riding.
Fits well, and provides god cushion for our chihuahua.
I don't have a pet, other than my favorite Nikon in a bag sitting on the pad. The pad makes for a stable, soft place to isolate the camera, in bag, from bumps in the road.
So I just received my pet pads. They gave me two in the order but they don’t offer much padding. However they fit perfectly and are super easy to add stuffing into. So I doubled the stock cushion foam into one pad. I then added some stuffing both of them. You can see now the bottom one is super comfortable and the other one I just tie wrapped up the back to add a back rest. It’s totally like a soft bed now. I recommend adding stuffing. It makes a tremendous difference. Overall very happy.
The cushion may not look quite as thick and unwrinkly as the photos would have you believe, but it does the job. I don't have a pet, but I just went shopping and the bananas I bought survived the one mile journey home (on some rough roads) without a single bruise.

Like the zipper feature. It wasnt thick enouch so I added a garden knee pad from dollar tree. Fit perfectly and put your soft pad on top inside. Now my furbaby can sit comfortably.
