When you buy a new hoverboard, you can't wait to ride it. But when you turn on it and find that the hoverboard keeps beeping, you may feel a little disappointed. Or maybe you have been riding the hoverboard for a while and suddenly it won't stop beeping.
If you feel that you have tried everything and can't stop, this problem can be a bit annoying to very frustrating and make you go crazy. Well, don't worry, because below you will find common fixes to turn off the beep and restore peace.
Here we have collected some beeping situations and provided some simple solutions for you.
Most hoverboards have indicator lights and alarm systems designed to signal you that you may not be on a safe surface or that the battery is low. These built-in safety features are designed to prevent situations where the hoverboard may not work properly, which may increase the risk of damage or injury.
Sometimes the smart balance wheel will not stop beeping because the surface is not correct and it is tilted forward or backward more than 15 degrees. It may also be because the self-balancing scooter is sitting on a slope of more than 30 degrees. Solve this problem by moving to a flat, smooth surface.
If you exceed the maximum speed of the hoverboard, riding a skateboard becomes very dangerous. This is why they have a safety function, which is triggered by a speed that exceeds the maximum speed. The circuit board will start to slow down and a beep will warn you that the speed is too fast.
Another method is to adjust the maximum travel speed of the hoverboard. Such as changing from child mode to adult mode.
When the battery level of your hoverboard drops below 20%, the green light will start to flash. If the red light flashes, it means that your battery's lifespan is severely low and you need to charge it immediately. If you see any of these lights, stop riding the hoverboard and charge it as usual.
If the green light on hoverboard blinks, it means your battery level is lower than 20%, if the red light starts beeping, this indicates your battery level is extremely low, which less than 5%, be careful not to ride under this situation, in both cases, you just need to charge your hoverboard in a normal way.
If you are not sure what caused the beeping, or there is no obvious solution, here are some common ways to stop your hoverboard beeping.
Note: You may need to repeat the above process several times to completely reset and calibrate your hoverboard, but it is best not to exceed 5 times in a row.
