What is Covered ?
6 Months for the battery and 1 year for all other parts, Man-made damage and water ingress are not covered by the warranty.
This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser.
Gyroorboard will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new replacement parts. The original purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from the facility.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation or maintenance.
If you receive a board that is defective, returns are accepted within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are within your first 30 days, please reach out to our Customer Support Team via email at service@gyroorboard.com. And arrange sending back to us. We will replace the board with a new one within 5 days.
If the product was damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and return it to us. Then contact us immediately.

So far- so good. My son loves his hoverboard and sadly summer 4 the battery lasted only 10 min max… switched to this one with a video they sent me to show how to switch it over and success! Feels like unlimited riding! Very happy with our purchase. Just wish we could have used a coupon code on purchasing it!

Initially went with the original makers of the hoverboard but when they failed to even fill my order and almost ruined my kids Christmas wish, I decided to go with Gyroor. They delivered. Super fast transaction and shipping, even during peak Holiday season 5 days to Christmas. I can't speak for durability or longevity but my kids love them and they do feel really well built. Very fun and durable
Just what we were hoping for. The board delivered on designed ruggedness, power and just overall quality. This present to my nephew was the hit of the party. A few months ago I got the same one for his brothers birthday with the same results. Now that they each have their own hover board, they enjoy competing with obstacle courses they create. Lately shooting hoop on the basketball court while on their boards. Endless fun!
