To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

6 Month for battery and 1 year for others.
Note: Please fully charge the product before using it for the first time. In addition, if you do not use the product for a long time, please charge the battery once a month.
What is Covered ?
6 Months for the battery and 1 year for all other parts, Man-made damage and water ingress are not covered by the warranty.
This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser.
Gyroorboard will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new replacement parts. The original purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from the facility.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation or maintenance.
If you receive a board that is defective, returns are accepted within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are within your first 30 days, please reach out to our Customer Support Team via email at service@gyroorboard.com. And arrange sending back to us. We will replace the board with a new one within 5 days.
If the product was damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and return it to us. Then contact us immediately.

Great deal and lots of fun. Put my small-ish shepherd in for local trips to park or patio restaurants. She's 45 lbs and fit well, but couldn't fit if she was bigger. Did have to come back and add the Gyroor safety dog strap in case she thinks the ride is over at a stop light. Ride is very sturdy, well-balanced and basket is great for grocery stops when I don't have the dog. Ride several times per week. I also have a stand up scooter but carrying items is an added bonus here.
