What is Covered ?
6 Months for the battery and 1 year for all other parts, Man-made damage and water ingress are not covered by the warranty.
This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser.
Gyroorboard will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new replacement parts. The original purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from the facility.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation or maintenance.
If you receive a board that is defective, returns are accepted within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are within your first 30 days, please reach out to our Customer Support Team via email at service@gyroorboard.com. And arrange sending back to us. We will replace the board with a new one within 5 days.
If the product was damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and return it to us. Then contact us immediately.

gave the scooter my first ride around and everything’s been great so far! there was a small scuff on it when i’d unboxed it but it was just a slight aesthetic damage, nothing that actually affected the usefulness of the scooter. it was pretty well packaged, and while the assembly instructions could use a bit more love, the thing went together pretty easy! i’m expecting smooth rides from here on, and if so, i plan on grabbing the c1plus sometime too!

I bought 2 GYROOR C1S 550W scooters in Dec 2024 for my kids. They ride these things everywhere! The display on one scooter stopped working but everything still works so we kept using it. Both scooters have over 1200 miles on them and are still chugging along. I bought 2 other brands from Amazon and one only lasted about 2.5 months before giving up the ghost and the other one has a battery life that leaves a lot to be desired. I highly recommend these scooters! If I buy anymore in the future I will definitely be buying the Gyroor scooters!

Received the C1S about 3 weeks ago. Purchased the optional padding for our Yorkie. We love it.. Has great pickup and 3 speed settings. This scooter really moves if you want it to. If you live in a very hilly area I don't recommend this model but its fine for general riding with the dog. Very reasonable price for the quality of this scooter.

Just started to ride the scooter. The purchase was made for a motorhome trip I planned across the U.S. My first ride I discovered the rear tire was low on air and I haven’t had a chance to inflate the tire yet. First impression is it may be a little low on power.
Does the front light works during the day ? , where should I go when it needs service , like a flat tire , new tires or if something is broken ?

The back fender arrived bent and customer service provided us with a replacement immediately at no cost. That's great customer service! Highly recommend!
This is our second CS1 scooter. The rear hub on this one isn't as quiet as scooter one is. Maybe it just needs a break-in period. I have at least 300+ miles on the first scooter. I like the updates over scooter one though. Time will tell if the hub is okay on scooter two.

This is an affordable, comfortable scooter. It’s great for neighborhood trips. It charges up fairly quickly and has a good range.
Nice little scooters for the price point. Relatively easy to set up. Shipped and received in a reasonable time. They're plenty fast for moving around the neighborhood or RV park while on vacation. I do wish they packed down easier or had an higher IP rating. Hauling them on a hitch carrier without to worry of water intrusion/damage would be ideal. We travel with them in the bed of the truck and they take up more space than anticipated. They have to be laid on their side to avoid the tonneau cover. We'll have to figure out a better way to travel with them but otherwise fun little machines.
The scooter works perfect for my dogs! I wish I'm able to review the C1 Plus as it's bigger and has a bigger battery but overall me and my dogs love the c1plus. If you have pets it's a must get and I don't regret it at all!
I bought the scooter for a coworker who didn't have a car. I work for a local pizza place. When this older gentleman first started, his car broke had broken down. He hasn't been able to get it fixed for a while now, so myself and other coworkers were giving him rides. But I knew he had to walk everywhere, so getting rides to other places like the grocery store was difficult. I bought him the scooter as a surprise to help make things a little easier for him. He loves it so much. I'm happy that he loves it, too. The look on his face was definitely worth it.
I bought this for my son for his 12th birthday. He wanted an e-bike, but in MN, you have to be 15 to ride an e-bike...but only 12 to ride an e-scooter! He loves it and now has much more freedom, and really enjoys riding it. Now he just needs a few more friends to get one so they can start a lil e-scooter club. :)
I am using it as a Pit Bike when I go racing sports cars. I ran it all weekend for short distances and it never showed less than 4 bars on the battery monitor. The race track paddock was pretty flat, so I don't know how it will do on hills. I like having both baskets for carrying parts and racing supplies.

Exciting adventure
Not sure if this application matches but….i bought this when i could not cycle due to a ligament tear. Game changer. I go in to grocery stores to shop after scooting there and the most i got is people asking me is that a mobility cart? Ill tell them the doctor wants me using it verses a 4 wheeler and over crutches. They always will let me use it. Probably doubled my resting time on my leg which is hard for city life. Well done love it
